Santiago Laurence
Santiago is 34 years old. He is the president of the company and is legally responsible for it. He has a law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina. He has a pre-Master’s in business law from Austral University and has a Master’s degree in Law and Economics, with a specialization in Finance, from Torcuato Di Tella University.
He also attended a seminar organized by the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) on International Commerce Law in Lima, Peru. Additionally, he is co-founder and president of the IDLO headquarters in Argentina.

He has worked for many years as a lawyer in one of the most important media and entertainment companies in Argentina, and as a corporate lawyer in the areas of fusions and acquisitions and competition defense in the Buenos Aires headquarters of Baker&Mckenzie. In the public sector he has worked as a legal advisor in the Legal and Administrative Office in the National Economy Ministry, where he was named President of the Debt Restructure in the National Mortgage Bank Unit, and as a representative of the National Economy Ministry before the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OCDE) with headquarters in Paris, France. |

Santiago Morgantini Santiago is 30 years old and is responsible for administering the financial aspects of the company. He has a degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Belgrano, class of 2000. Additionally, he is a Management Specialist for PyMES (Small and Medium Companies) and he has a Master’s degree in Planning and Strategic Management from the University of Buenos Aires, both complemented by diverse courses in the area of Economic Sciences.. He has worked in the finance and business sector, with a special emphasis in invoice, collecting, economic-financial planning and management control. Moreover, he is a professor in Financial Administration and Inversion Project Evaluation in the University of Belgrano. He is fluent in English and Portuguese. |

Diego Laurence Diego is 26 years old and is in his last year of Business Management at the University of Buenos Aires. In the Republic of Argentina, he has worked in renown companies, such as Surcotton de Argentina and Siembra AFJP (private pension system). In his artistic development, he has taken acting classes in the San Martín Theater and in the Rojas Cultural Center, and he has also participated in different theater productions and in salsa and tango classes. He lived for three years in Mexico, in the capital city, where he worked as an actor in television, theater and film; in theater production and direction, and in musical composition for plays and music bands. He has also been a student of several comedy workshops and in M&M Studio, one of the most important cultural centers of Mexico City. He speaks fluent English and Portuguese. |
